There is an open plan kitchen / dining / living area with commanding views over Lake Maggiore. The living and kitchen area have patio doors leading on to a large balcony with outside dining table and 8 chairs and fabulous views over the lake and all the Borromean islands
There are three double / twin bedrooms and breathtaking views from every room
The master room also boasts a suspended egg chair to offer luxurious relaxed seating with an amazing view.
There are 2 twin bedrooms, both with balcony doors and lake views
There is a shower room (shower, wc, bidet, sink) and a bathroom (wc, sink, bath with shower)
The open plan living and kitchen area has a comfortable sofa, bean bag and a hidden tv.
The kitchen / living space has a breakfast-bar style eating area for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge / freezer. There is also a washing machine / tumble dryer.
