Apt in Neguri, 5 min from the beach & metro

This was our 5th time to Getxo / Neguri and the 3rd in this apartment. As before, other than a small breakfast we ate out all the time so did not use the facilities to the full. Also travelling light we needed little hanging space. The location and surrounds remain ideal and well kept. This year we went earlier in July to avoid the period of the eclipse in August which left almost no local accommodation at fair prices. However, earlier was just as great, typical local festivals, a little bit of world cup, shop sales and the weather the same (variable). Bilboa shops were good value and Algorta great outside eating and drinking.

Not a dislike but an improvement. As a repeat visitor I forgot the bed. Cushions are decorative but no substitute for another pillow. I like to catch the news in the morning and we've worked that out through You Tube.

El apartamento estaba a 5 minutos mas o menos de la playa. Es un apartamento acogedor, con todo lo necesario, para 4 personas. La mesa del comedor es muy amplia y eso lo agradecimos.

En nuestro caso, nos alojamos 6 personas y aunque la mayoría eran menores y no ocupan tanto, la casa se queda un poco justa. El sofa-cama se tendria que mejorar, y se les olvido dejar las sabanas para poder hacerlo. Como recomendacion, pondría persianas en ambas habitaciones (ya que las cortinas no son suficientes), y sobre todo algo tapado (cortinas gruesas o persianas) en el salón, ya que si te toca dormir ahi, entra demasiada luz a la mañana. Y también es una calle un poco transitada con lo cual se escucha el trafico de vez en cuando (sea la hora que sea).

Alles was schoon en in redelijke staat. Goede bedden. Compleet ingericht. Prima internet en TV. De host is zeer attent en goed bereikbaar. Op loopafstand van de metro en zelf een Barik kaart beschikbaar.

Het appartement ligt pal aan een zeer drukke doorgaande route. Omdat het tijdens ons verblijf warm was, wilden we graag een raam openzetten. Helaas bevinden alle ramen zich aan de zijde van de drukke weg, waardoor er met name ’s nachts extreem veel geluidsoverlast is. Gezien de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zouden wij dit appartement om die reden dan ook niet opnieuw kiezen.
