Great area and beautiful view from the room. Convenient parking and excellent communication from before arrival, during the stay and even after to check and make sure everything was good. Will definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay in a very well-managed property in the heart of Coconut Grove with free parking and a view to die for. Hosts were very helpful and we will definitely stay here again!

This room in my opinion was expensive. It served its purpose of providing us a place to stay for my event I was attending. It’s not updated. The smell of smoke wafted every time we entered, and there was trash left from the previous persons, the toilet never flushed properly, and none of the light switches worked the lamps. My daughters stayed in two other rooms in this hotel and they were beautiful! One of them paid less than I did. The owner was very responsive when I reached out. but it be was definitely lacking. It had a small kitchen and there weren’t even paper towels available, we had two face cloths for 5 days. The owners need to spend some money and upgrade the room, and pay attention to some details like I mentioned previously. It did have a nice view of Biscayne Bay. I would choose a different room for sure if I ever return.
