Wonderful apartment in a great location. The unit was clean, nicely appointed and perfect for our time in Vienna. The location was fantastic, close to everything without being in the middle of the tourist areas, just off the edge. We loved the more local feel and the access to local restaurants and cafes.

Convenient location.

The availability of Wi-Fi was not properly communicated so I used a lot of personal phone data. Collecting the keys may be easy for some, but with heavy luggage in the rain, going an extra distance up hill is not pleasant, same with leaving the keys on departure. The cleaner appeared half an hour before the check-out time and sat on the stairs in front of the door until I left, even seeing me with heavy luggage she still insisted, I return the keys to the key box in the street uphill and in the rain again, considering the price I paid not much in terms of polite and friendly service.
