Location nearby the road. Design from outside is good.
Very old carpet is rustic, under stair is lots of dust. Bathroom smells not ok, water heater cant be warm, its either hot or cold, using gas that you can see the fire, so scary. Bed is need replacement, spring is broken making not comfortable to sleep. room facility is lacking only sofa?
