1. Location. It’s quiet, it’s a bit outside of the village but still 10 min walking to the center/cathedral. 2. Clean! I exceptionally clean. 3. No one disturbs you during your stay. But they always ready to help. Very nice young lady Vlada, who was cleaning my room. 4. Close to the lake: 8 min by car. Good paths for cycling. Good trails. 20 min to Oicher mount. 5. I had fully equipped kitchen. Even with coffee maker. 6. Very comfortable big bed. 7. Specious private parking and garage where I kept my bike (under security cameras)

Haus Alpenland stanowi idealną bazę do zwiedzania Mariazell i okolicznych gór. Zostaliśmy bardzo mile przyjęci.

Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Lage war sehr schon. Viertel Stunde zu Fuss zum Zentrum.
Dachschrägen nichts für grosse Leute.

Small cozy apartment separate toilet outside room but it was ok - basic kitchenette. You could walk into town if you wanted to
