I like that it was close to restaurants and cafes. The property also has an elevator which made it easy to move our suitcases.

The size and cleanliness of the apartment and clear, detailed instructions how to collect the keys from the key box at the entrance of the building where the apartment is located,, good interaction with the owners (even if we have never met in person), well equipped kitchen, the availability of the basic amenities in the kitchen (like tea, sugar, salt, cooking oil, etc) and in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, shower gel). A big, free parking lot was a huge bonus; on the other hand, the apartment is located a little bit too far from the city center , but you can reach the old town by using city bus number 1 in about 15 minutes (plus a 10 minutes walk from the apartment to the bus stop). Nearest supermarket (B2 local chain) is a 10-15 minutes walk away.
