Great place to stay.

The room was perfect for our overnight stay. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook a meal. The sofa bed separated into two single beds so my children could be in different parts of the room. This was already done for us when we arrived. The staff were really friendly and offered us advice about local shops and restaurants. The location was good for us, close to the town centre but not too close to be affected by noise. The breakfast was freshly prepared for us in the morning.

Be prepared for not getting the room you paid for

The room was clean and had decent amenities.

Instead of a room with the kitchen that we paid for we got a room without one. We were not informed of the change in advance and counted on a kitchen. When we arrived the staff presented the change as an “upgrade” and never actually admitted their mistake.

Very good

The location was great- just a short 8-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had a full size fridge and freezer, plus all of the basics for preparing simple meals. The room was clean and comfortable with AC.

The on-site parking is actually a 5min walk down the street.

Friendly hosts; spacious apartment (very clean); and quality dinnerware made eating in a pleasure.

We booked the spa and it was a nice set-up with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi (the latter for an extra fee). There was a station with fruits, water, and possibility to make tea. I had mentioned before booking that I have food allergies, and upon arrival there were some milk substitutes in the pantry.

If the spa had had zero-gravity recliners, that would have topped the experience (but even without them, it was excellent). Going on the property photos, we were looking for a red building. I think it would be helpful to include a photo of the green entrance.

Professional, extremely clean and very caring

We stayed there with my 2 children and our dog. The room was very modern and EXTREMELY clean, we all slept so well the beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very large and comfortable . The staff were amazing and very helpful in every way every single one that we dealt with. My son and I have allergies they were prepared as they called us before arrival to ask if we need anything and we had a delicious high quality breakfast. The location is great too, its a walking distance to the fabulous part of the centre with all the bars, restaurants and shopping. What a wonderful experience, this hotel will be our official Vicenza hotel whenever we visit.

Grand appartement à proximité immédiate du centre-ville. Parking privé payant possible. Réceptionniste très accueillant et parlant français !

Manquait un micro onde. Beaucoup de moustiques dans le quartier. Probablement un problème avec le ballon d’eau chaude car uniquement un seul membre de notre famille a réussi à prendre une douche.

Appartamento accogliente, se fosse un po' rimodernato sarebbe fantastico

L'appartamento è in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro, e ci sono anche due supermercati nelle vicinanze. La casa è accogliente, con ampie finestre e ben attrezzata. Il personale è disponibile ad accogliere in tempi brevi eventuali richieste.

L'appartamento ed in particolare il bagno sembra un po' vetusto. Il bagno è molto ampio ma risale probabilmente agli anni 80 con vasca e doccia abbastanza scomoda. Il divano letto non è molto comodo. Le foto dell'appartamento fanno pensare ad uno spazio esterno che in realtà è della struttura e non si capisce come utilizzarlo.

Vue de l appartement sur le parking de l hopital. Et un peu brillant la nuit a partir de 5h.
