Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Lage, da man das Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Apartment liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber im Herbst hatten wir die Fenster geschlossen (könnte ein Problem in der wärmeren Jahreszeit sein). Außerdem ist es toll, dass es für das Auto einen privaten Parkplatz im Hinterhof gibt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gab auch einige Essentials (öl, essig, zucker, salz, pfeffer...), was sehr angenehm ist. Das Bad ist ehr klein, aber OK.
Die Stufen zum oberen "Zimmer" sind sehr steil. Dieser Bereich ist auch nicht privat, da er nach vorne zum Wohn-Ess-Bereich offen ist. Das Schlafzimmer, das direkt darunter liegt, ist leider auch nicht schallisoliert. Man hört also alles(!) durch, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht nur zu zweit bzw. als Paar reist. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist zwar bequem, knarrt aber leider sehr. Der verwendete Weichspüler für Handtücher und Wäsche riecht sehr stark.

Appartamento ben accessoriato, pulito e confortevole. Parcheggio privato interno.
Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro città.
Cristina è molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante per la cena dell’ultimo dell’anno.

La struttura e bellissima ,appena entrati ti sentivi a casa.L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve e anche di piu.La signora Cristina e sempre disponibile e molto gentile e simpatica!
