About this house rental
Beautiful Provençal villa on the heights of the Cannes region. Located 25 minutes from the beaches of Cannes and Antibes, 15 minutes from the lake of St Cassien, 35 minutes from Nice airport and 1 hour from Saint Tropez and Monaco, you will spend an ideal holiday on the French Riviera.
In a property of 1500 m2, calm and change of scenery guaranteed!
Accommodating up to 10 people (+2 in a sofa bed), the whole is composed of a main house with a surface area of 110m2 and an independent apartment of about 50m2.
A 10 minute walk from the centre of the village, you will have everything nearby (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, hypermarket,...). There is a weekly Provencal market selling local products, clothes and souvenirs.
Peymeinade is an ideal place to explore the treasures of the French Riviera, the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var.

A bedroom of 13m2 with double bed, storage cupboard, desk, smart Tv
A bedroom of 11m2 with double bed, cupboard/wardrobe, desk.

2/ The independent apartment:
Located on the first floor of this house, this small apartment of 50m2 includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4-burner gas hob, hood, washer-dryer, coffee maker,...) open to living room with convertible corner sofa,
A bedroom of 10m2 with double bed, dresser and TV, cupboard, a second bedroom of 10m2 with double bed. A walk-in shower room, vanity unit, separate toilet.
Enclosed inner courtyard with wood burning BBQ.
Outdoor equipment:
A relaxation area with Jacuzzi
Terrace with a perfectly sun table by the pool.
Wood barbecue (wood, paella or socca plate, pizza peel and grill available) with its dining table and chairs under a large tree as well as a gas plancha.
Swimming pool of 10m x 4m with 4 sunpads to enjoy sunny days from morning to evening with a wooden terrace of 30m2, where there is a large corner lounge and a swing bed adjoining the pool to comfortably watch your children, There is also an outdoor shower.
The house and apartment are fully air-conditioned.
The pool is secured by an alarm.
A petanque court, trampoline and ping-pong table are at your disposal to entertain you between two dives.

Good property for our family of 6 Children loved the pool preferred it to the beach! Lots of outdoor space for 3and 6 year old to play in safe environment

Très belle propriété provençale avec tout le confort ,les photos sont conformes , nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Jolie maison, agréable, piscine, terrasse, coin repas.....de quoi passer un merveilleux séjour.
Nous avons passés une semaine sur place et avons super bien profité de toutes les installations.
Maison décorée avec goût....nous reviendrons.

It is a lovely, beautiful and very charming house that is perfectly located in terms of being able to experience the area around Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Frejus. We had a great week and the only problem was that we had not booked the house for two weeks :-) The host couple are sweet and provide a distinguished service, and everything about the house works impeccably. The pool is beautiful and the many good terraces and 'seating areas' are super cozy. The house, the area and the host couple get our warmest recommendations and we definitely expect to return.
