amazing location in the middle of Rome, clean room with new duvets and towels and great large balcony space.

I loved everything about the room and so did my family.

The apartment is indeed in a great location, and it is quiet outside the windows at any time of day. There is a large terrace and air conditioning.

I would like to point out to potential guests that many of the photos do not reflect reality. The bathroom and kitchen are in terrible condition. Upon arrival, all the glasses were dirty—covered in fingerprints, lip marks, and greasy residue—and the cups were poorly washed, with coffee and tea stains. I had to re-wash all the dishes; otherwise, it would have been unpleasant to eat or drink from them. I was very surprised to see an 80-euro cleaning fee on the bill. It left me wondering: what cleaning? Not a single dishwasher tablet was provided, and I realized why: the dishwasher hadn't been used in a long time; there was a buildup of grime that had clearly been accumulating for months—or even years—so I didn't even dare turn it on. The most unpleasant aspect of the stay occurred one night at 1:00 AM, when a man and a woman entered our apartment using their own key to open the door. They stood just a meter away from my sleeping daughter, confused as to why someone was sleeping in "their" apartment and unable to understand what I was saying to them. It turned out their apartment was right across the hall. It seems a single key opens all the apartments in the building. For the rest of the trip, I couldn't shake the feeling that neither we nor our belongings were safe. On a positive note, the towels were of good quality, and there was a washing machine.
