Fajna lokalizacja , blisko plaży jak na możliwości w Mikoszewie. Czysto , obiekt zadbany, w pokoju mała lodóweczka i czajnik, na zewnątrz osobna duża przeszklona altana z miejscem np. do spożywania posiłków i całym zapleczem kuchennym. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów na miejscu, Plac zabaw dla dzieci ( umiejscowiony tak aby ew. "hałas" nie przeszkadzał osobom w pokojach) badminton dostępny dla gości, Dobrze przemyślany i zorganizowany obiekt.
Droga dojazdowa do ośrodka w końcowym fragmencie niestety przypomina ser szwajcarski - nie jest to winą ośrodka ALMA, tylko zarządcy drogi , jednak trzeba bardzo uważać (niektóre dziury są naprawdę głębokie i nie zawsze widoczne).
