Wohnung grundsätzlich sauber und Größe ausreichend für 4 Personen. Aber:
1 Matratze durchgelegen, 1 Bett hat bei jedem Drehen gequietscht, Einrichtung veraltet und lieblos (Wandbilder aus Fotokalender "Die schönsten Momente 2016", Fernseher aus 2005 mit unerträglichem Dauerpfeifen beim Einschalten), alle Türen haben gequietscht, Lampen teilweise defekt.
Absolutes NoGo: Rauchwarnmelder im Kinderzimmer nicht installiert und im Schlafzimmer an völlig falscher Stelle angebracht.
Ausstattung sonst wie beschrieben.
Lage allerdings super - 5 Minuten bis zum Strand und Strandpromenade.
