Super freundlicher empfangen, direkter Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft, problemloser Checkin am späten Abend noch. Im Grunde war alles perfekt:)

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft gut.
Nach einer neun Stunden langen Autofahrt auf der Autobahn kam ich erschöpft im Hotel an und brauchte dringend Ruhe. Leider befindet sich die Wohnung des Hotelbetreibers direkt über meinem Zimmer. Bis etwa 01:30 Uhr lief dort laute Musik – begleitet von lautem Lachen, Händeklatschen und einem starken Bass der anlage. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Ich habe versucht, den Betreiber telefonisch zu erreichen – leider ohne Erfolg. Dieses Verhalten empfand ich als äußerst unangenehm und unprofessionell. Als Hotelbetreiber sollte man wissen, dass solche Störungen für zahlende Gäste inakzeptabel sind.
