Hotel Pension Pamina

Das freundliche und nette Hotel-Personal hat ausführlich über das Selbst-Check-In vorab informiert. Der Check-In Prozess lief einwandfrei. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber, es war ruhig (auch, weil sich das Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage befindet). Mit dem Einschlafen war es kein Problem, die Matratze fühlte sich bequem an. Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich nur eine Nacht ohne ihn übernachtet habe. Ich würde das Hotel, das sich durch einen sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auszeichnet, auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal und gute Parkplätze.

Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen relativ klein.

The room was very basic and clean but has not been renovated for a long time. The area is a very nice suburb with a lot of trees. The city centre is far away (about an hour) but easily accessible by bus and Ubahn. The bus stop is 5 minutes from the pension.

The whole place would need renovation. It was difficult to get warm water in the shower, it was either cold or too hot. The kitchen is very basic, and far from clean. We only met a cleaning lady while we were there who spoke neither Englis nor German (she was friendly and helpful, though). There was a bad smell in the corridors and even in the garden, which seemed to be neglected. There was no kettle in the room, which was promised in the description.
