Superb location, plenty of space in and outside the villa. The pool is perfect.

Use the large space by the side of the pool to provide more shaded area to sit/eat/rest.

Die Anlage liegt wunderschön in der Anhöhe ggü. von Agios Nicolaos. Eine sehr schöne Ansiedlung mit einem Atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer! Ein sehr liebenswerter Gastgeber!

Es gibt ein paar Dinge die ich gerne ansprechen möchte: 1) die Gartenmöbel sind nicht sehr stabil da recht alt! 2) der Sonnenschirm ist defekt 3) das Doppelbett im Obergeschoss ist locker und der Rahmen springt raus 4) wer auf dem Sofa schläft sollte es mögen wie ein Würstchen im Hot Dog Brötchen zu schlafen. Das Sofa ist komplett durchgelegen 5) die Nähe zu Sparta bestätigt auch die spartanische Küchenausstattung, es ist zwar vieles vorhanden aber eben meist nur 3-fach (3 Löffel, 3 Teller usw.) Das Wasser kommt aus einer Entsalzungsanlage, das ist nicht zu verbergen, wir fanden das nicht schlimm aber man muss das mögen

A usual country house in the middle of a very beautiful area in Mani. It has a middle size swimming pool at the backyard. Two toilet rooms: on the main floor and upstairs next to the bedroom. It also has a nice area out of the house for dining and relaxing. Thanks to the owners for preparing everything right in the covid situation. I like a kitchen space a lot with a tiny window under the sink.

A lot of insects of many kinds. I know I’m friendly but let’s not invite everything into the house 😂 Stairs railing is in bad condition, it must be simply fixed. Uncomfortable sofa in the main hall, very small TV and only, not every lamp works in the house, not satisfying interior design. I know I might be too captious but the bed mattress and pillows must be replaced by the most comfortable ones. So seemed like “yeah, we bought a bedroom but not some good sleep”. The dishwasher machine seemed to work incorrectly or not be well rinsed. Anyway, all things considered, we were absolutely not satisfying with the price for such property. Thank you in other respects.
