About this house rental
A newly built (August 2012) traditional two-levels stone house in Mani - Aghios Nikolaos. It is 98sq.m. and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 masters), a cosy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped and modern kitchen, 3 bathroomsrooms (2 of them en suite). The house is within walking distance from the two beautiful sandy beaches (300 m.) Akti Pantazi and Platia Ammos and within walking distance from the beautiful village of Aghios Nikolaos. The house is landed in a big private garden full of olive trees and other local plants with a great view from the upper veranda.
It is ideal for family vacations since it offers a private garden full of olive trees and a variety of sea shores within walking distance (300m-Pantazi Beach). In addition, the village of Aghios Nicholaos is approximately 1000 m. walking distance away from the house, where you can find restaurants, mini marke, cafes, bakery etc. A very good restaurant-caffe 300 m. from the house on the sea shore , is considered to be one of the best in the region. There is no need for using a car, unless you want to visit other villages nearby, Stoupa or Kardamili for more sea shores or many sea activities.
The house is also ideal for couples, who are looking for relaxing, private and romantic holidays.It is quiet but not isolated. From the upper veranda you can enjoy wonderful romantic dinners with great sea view hearing only the sound of the sea. In your private garden you can enjoy wonderful sunny breakfasts. The sea shore close to the house offers the opportunity for morning and afternoon swimming.
It accomodates 6 adults. Baby cots are available upon request.

Charming rural villa, off the beaten track, quiet and lovely 500m to the beach, wonderful hospitable and generous hosts welcomed us with bounty of local produce from the Mani. We very much hope to come back another time.

We had another lovely holiday, our third year, at this beautiful villa within walking distance of the beach and a wonderful restaurant. Kostas, Villy and Sonia looked after our every need. Lovely personal touches made the holiday memorable.

Our second visit to this beautiful property. The facilities are excellent, the garden charming and full of olive trees that provide shade, the beach and sea a five minute walk away.
And there are tavernas within walking distance. I expect we will return again. Thank you.

We had a spectacular 2-week stay at Sophia and Daphne! Everything was exactly as described. In all the years I have rented vacation properties, this house is the most thoughtfully designed of all. Clearly, their architect knew what they were doing. The home is relatively new but really has the feel of a typical area stone home. Lily and Kostas were so welcoming (I loved their home made jams and wine and watermelon that greeted us) and they were available le and responsive throughout the entire booking and rental process.
We loved the 3 bathrooms (one for each bedroom), the AC when it was hot, and all of the items in the fully equipped kitchen. Malsova (on the edge of Ag. Nicholas) is quiet and the water is so close. We swam several times a day! Finally, we have never had mid week cleaning before - what an incredible luxury!
We come to Mani as often as we can (my wife's family is from the area) and this is the best property we have ever rented.
We will definitely rent again when we return.
