Sun Villa is located in New Oitilo, in Laconia - Greece
This holiday home has 4 separate bedrooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area.
The Villa is ideal for people that want to experience a calm and quiet vacation, as well as nature lovers since Sun Villa is a seafront accommodation.

Specifically, this is a historic 19th-century building in which the local baths were housed. Completely renovated keeping the authentic Mani-philosophy with its main base, but at the same time covering all the modern needs of the holidaymakers.
In the interior (175cm2) of the house, 3 independent levels include 4 large bedrooms and of course separate bathrooms with constant hot water supply (there are 2 bathtubs and a shower) and the possibility of using a washing machine
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, microwave, cookware, etc.
The accommodation touches the sea where you can enjoy your bath in absolute privacy at any time of the day.
On all the balconies the view is magnificent and the crystal clear waters are just a few steps away. The location allows you to surrender to the unique shades of the sunset. It is worth mentioning that the atriums are large (about 170cm2) airy and bathed in light
It is 5 km from the scenic Areopolis, which offers many high-quality dining and drinking options, as well as entertainment choices.
It is located just 500 meters from one of the most impressive parts of Mani, the town of Limeni, with its crystal clear waters and the famous fish taverns.
Finally, at a distance of 300 meters, there is an organized beach, where all amenities are provided.

We stayed in this home for five nights and overall, it was an amazing experience. This part of Greece exudes authenticity, and the rocky beaches and clear sea all around are second to none. The proximity to beautiful villages like Areopoli, the Dirgos caves and even Monamvasia mean you can do some pretty spectacular day trips. We would recommend this home to anyone, but there are a few little caveats you should know. First, the layout of the house is very strange - it really feels like it was one tower split into two. There is no common bathroom on the main floor, there is no real sitting area where the whole family can hang out, and the air conditioners (which work very well) are in three rooms, but not in the kitchen area or fourth bedroom. The windows do not have screens and there were a lot of mosquitos when we were there, so the rooms without air conditioning got pretty stuffy (although they provide many fans). Finally, the wifi only works reliable in one bedroom. Despite these little issues, the hosts were very responsive and beautiful, and our experience staying here was amazing. We walked to the cafe in the mornings and spent a lot of time exploring the countryside, the beaches, and the rocky caves. The people are warm and friendly and the area really gives you a feel for this relatively remote part of Greece.
