I stayed at 116Townhouse in mid-February in a Deluxe room.
First of all, the biggest plus is the staff. They are very friendly, polite, and always ready to help š«Communication was great and everything was explained clearly. The self check-in was very easy, even though we arrived late at night. The room itself is quite spacious and clean šš¼ You can see that cleanliness is well maintained. There is also a fridge and some basic dishes in the room, which is convenient. Breakfast is delivered to the room ā itās tasty, but there is no choice, you eat what is prepared that day š
There are a few things to consider, especially if you travel in winter. The room was quite cold in February. The floor is tiled and very cold š„¶ š„¶ , and no slippers are provided š The room can be heated with the air conditioner, but there is no proper climate control. The blanket was thin, and I felt cold at night ā¹ļø
Hot water works from a boiler, so itās usually enough for one person. If two people want to shower, the second person needs to wait until the water heats up again š« The microwave in our room did not work properly and sometimes gave a small electric shock ā”ļø , which should definitely be checked.
Also, for the same price during this season, we later found a higher-level hotel that we were much more satisfied with in terms of comfort.

We loved the location, so close to town and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The room was very cold, a rug would have helped on the floor. The bathroom floor was very slippery, dangerously so. My husband slipped in the shower quite a few times. There was very limited hot water in the tank in the bathroom, one of us would always end up with the water running out. We often had a problem with the toilet cistern not refilling. When we told the staff this, she said 'it happens ' Although we had booked a deluxe double room with a balcony, which was Room 5 at the top of the building, the balcony was so small with a tiny table and one chair. It was unusable. Likewise the room has just one comfortable chair. The weather was not great while we were there and we found that we were inside a lot just lying on the bed because there was nowhere for us both to sit. Although the room was advertised with a kitchenette there was literally 2 dinner plates, two side 2 plates and 2 bowls with cutlery. We didn't want to cook while we were there but anyone wishing to would struggle because there were no food prep utensils at all, not even a knife to cut bread. We did feel this room was mis- sold and if I had known about the issues mentioned above I would not have booked this room.
