We loved our time here! It's a great location right off of the beach, and it's perfect for a no-frills, roll right down to the ocean trip. These are not dings, but more things that I always like knowing before I head on a trip:You will need to bring any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. as the house doesn't come with those items.The kitchen was fairly well-stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc. But you will need to bring your own dish soap, hand soap, and then extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper as you just get one roll. Above all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Very nice duplex! Excellent location, beachfront...amazing! Actually could sleep more than 8. Nice deck and balcony! The boardwalk was in very dangerous condition, railing undone, landing falling down on one side but 2 men did come and repair it Wednesday. Need to get better chest of drawers, a pain to open the drawers! In the kitchen, the linen providers need to include dish rags and pot holders. There were only 2 kitchen dish towels there but plenty of bath towels, bath cloths! Overall a great place especially close proximity to the ocean! It would also be nice if pets were allowed!
