About this villa rental
Charming Ibiza-style villa with ocean views, sleeps 8, located on a very quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees and with no neighbors directly across the way—which is very rare in this neighborhood.
It is located in a prime neighborhood, close to the center of Moraira but, most importantly, just 400 meters from the sea and a 5-minute walk from Cala de l’Andrago, where you can go for a swim in the developed cove or enjoy the lively atmosphere at lunchtime and in the evening at the typical bars and restaurants.
The villa has been completely renovated (inside and out), is air-conditioned, and features a private pool. A fourth bedroom will be available in spring 2022 (accommodating 8 people)
All rooms overlook the sea and the pool.
Two additional guests can be accommodated for a fee of €20 per day per person.
The pool can be heated from May through October for an additional fee (= €280/week)
A rooftop deck lets you enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and soak up the last rays of sunshine...
Two outdoor dining areas are available, one facing the sea and the other near the BBQ and wood-fired oven.
Cleaning is required at the end of your stay, and all linens are provided
The house can be heated in the winter for an additional fee

Small dogs are allowed (except from June through September) for a fee of 100€ per week and an additional refundable deposit of 200€ at the end of your stay

Great location, short walk to restaurants and waterfront. The villa is beautiful with everything you expect for a great holiday. Pool area has plenty of space and parasols for shade. Would highly recommend this villa, Moraria is really nice area and would definitely visit again.

We had a perfect time in the villa. It was really clean and well equiped. The pool was heated and the neighbourhood quiet and relaxed.
Communication with Karine was good.
Moraira had it all. We hope to come back soon.

We have just returned from our holiday at this beautiful villa in Moraira.
The villa is exactly as described if not better. It was spotlessly clean and is modern throughout. The pool area is fantastic and the pool was beautiful.
We also loved the location being only a short drive from local supermarkets and a 5/10 minute walk from lots of excellent restaurants. We loved our stay here & wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The house is ideal! Very comfortable, easy to be. The pool was my best friend for 6 days. The decor is very inviting and extremely well thought. The proximity to Moraira is perfect only 5 minutes by car and 30 minutes walking. This is definitely a house I will be returning once it's free! Karine was very attentive making sure we had everything we need. Merci Karine! La maison est magnifique et on reviendra de quelle soit disponible.
