Location is the best thing about this hotel. It's a modern, clean, convenient hotel close to the town centre.
The staff (2x female receptionists) were taking forever when they were talking with other guests. We had a very quick question to ask but had to wait for over 10 minutes to get a simple answer. Is this a family-owned hotel? The receptionists were friendly but didn't look very professional. Also, we reserved 'a room with a view' and got a confirmation from the hotel, but we were on the 1st floor and all we could see was cars parked in the street.
