Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia i gruntownego sprzątania. Brak alternatywnego źródła ogrzewania typu grzejnik elektryczny. W czasie naszego pobytu (poza sezonem grzewczym) w mieszkaniu było dość zimno, co było uciążliwe nocą.
