Od samego wejścia pozytywne wrażenia. Przywitała nas uśmiechnięta P.Dominika na recepcji .obiekt zadbany. piękny,zadbany ogród -Miejsce przyjazne zwierzętom .
Podejście personelu .Widać że lubią swoją pracę. Kontakt z klientem od samego przyjazdu budził bardzo pozytywne wrażenia . Byli pomocni oraz życzliwi .

Personel jest bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny. Można liczyć na pomoc w każdej sprawie. Nie ma problemu z późnym zameldowaniem, śniadaniem do pokoju czy o godzinie późniejszej niż zwykle i w takiej formie jak chcesz. Personel niesie pomoc nawet w nietypowych sprawach od momentu rezerwacji aż po wymeldowanie. Jeśli będę zatrzymywać się jeszcze w Ostrowcu, z pewnością tam wrócę:)
