This is a nice small apartment located halfway between the inner city and the University campus, in a clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything is in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and just great. As it is not a hotel but a private apartment you have your total peace, no room service or cleaning lady that can disturb you. When I arrived, the owner called me and very professionally explained details (also about shopping options in the neighborhood), which was much more than I expected and very helpful. The smart door lock needs a little getting used to, but works fine. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, and would definitely book it myself again.

What drove me crazy the first day was the the mechanism to open the garden door to get out of the well protected property. It took me 15 minutes until I realized that there is an inconspicuous button in the hallway labeled only in French, three meters from the door, behind you, on the left side that you need to press. Then the magnetic mechanism unlocks the door for a (very) short time. That's not the fault of the apartment by any means, but if you're locked in and are in a hurry, it is not optimal.

The arrangement of each and every basic thing one would need for moving to a different place.

The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable, although its very new and clean. but its on my call, because I have never been slept on Sofa bed.

Canapé-lit pas des plus net, chauffage salle de douche insuffisant. J ai attendu plus de 2 heures avant d être recontacté par l employé de piquet. Pas de personnel sur place
