Great location, spacy and comfortable apartment.

Perfect location, quiet and very close to the beach. We stayed over Easter (also not too busy time of the year). The apartment was spacy and comfortable.

The stay was inconvenienced by the complications and owner´s behavior to clients

The place and the accommodation is beautiful. The accommodation was without meals, which was absolutely no problem.The location is close to shops, restaurants and the apartment has a well equipped kitchen However, due to possible complications, we recommend to make a video of the whole apartment at arrival time in case of later communication with the owner.

Mishandled key handover, provided wrong code, communication was required to get correct code, waiting for code to pick up key. Apartment was not prepared for 4 people, only for two people were prepared. Again communication was needed to fill in missing service, towels, bed linen were missing. Very uncomfortable communication with the owners of the apartment. After leaving we were wrongly blamed for damaging the facilities, which was complete nonsense! Ridiculous demanding payment for damage we did not cause. We refused the charges and filed proof for wrongful accusation. Luckily we took a video on arrival showing that the damage was already there when we arrived. Only after the video was provided was the wrongful accusation by the property owner terminated, without apology. Absurd behaviour towards clients!

Przestronny apartament dla grupy przyjaciół. Blisko natury i morza. Cicha i spokojna okolica.

Lokalizacja, system obsługi, winda. Akceptacja zwierząt.

Niedoróbki wykończeniowe, widoczne gołym okiem. Bateria umywalkowa niefunkcjonalna.

Bliskość do plaży, lokalizacja ,cisza ,czystość , dobry kontakt Obiekt przyjazny dla dzieci jak i zwierząt.

W pierwszy dzień utrudnienia z zamknięciem i otwarciem drzwi. Usterka,która została naprawiona dopiero na drugi dzień. Brak zabezpieczeń na schodach dla dzieci w apartamencie. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona jednak brakuje mikrofalówki. Brak krzesełka do karmienia dla dzieci (jedynie za opłatą)

Katastrophaler Service, trotz polnischer Sprache viele Komplikationen gehabt und keine Erholung

Parkplatz vor der Tür, Kamin im Haus, schöne Dachterrasse

Alles Elektrisch, nichts für Rentner, extrem schlechter Service, dreckig bis zum Abwinken das man im Urlaub selbst erstmal putzen muss. Kommunikation nur per email. Jeden Tag schreiberei und E-Mail kontrollieren. Nur 2 Betten bezogen anstatt 6. Dann fehlten Decke und kopfkissen. Sollte man selbst nach Zusendung des Apartment Codes wo anders auf dem Grundstück selbst besorgen. Türe zum Strand zu, Schlüssel sollte man nach drei Tagen in einem anderen Appartment besorgen. Dann ging der elektronische Zugang zum Haus nicht so das einer immer drinnen im Haus bleiben musste und Unternehmungen getrennt gemacht wurden bis das am 4 ten Tag einer kam um Batterien vom zahlenschloss zu Wechseln. Batterien für die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher waren auch leer da hat man die info bekommen, das man sich die bitte kaufen möchte und selbst Wechseln soll. Geld würde man wieder bekommen. In der Beschreibung steht das Hunde umsonst sind, bei Anreise die info bekommen das man nachzahlen soll. Nach der info das man bezahlt hat und man das Geld zurück haben möchte kam nur eine Teil Zahlung und nicht die komplette summe zurück für den hund. Also 4 ganze Tage waren für mich kein Urlaub möglich da jeden Tag etwas anderes und neues dazu kam. Möchte dort auch eine Erstattung haben. Ist schon schade das man nach dem Urlaub sich mit solchen einer bewertung beschäftigen muss. Keineswegs empfehlenswert. Das beste ist das man Alkohol zur Entschädigung in die Hand gedrückt bekommt und nicht mal gefragt wird wie man die Sachlage lösen kann. Man könnte ja auch Alkoholiker sein und kein Wein trinken können. Dreckig, schlechter service und alles elektronisch. Ohne Smartphone aufgeschmissen.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, die Strandnähe ist top! Die Mängel lassen sich schnell beheben!

Die Lage ist toll! Wohnung hat eine große schöne Terrasse, und Mega Fensterfronten, Betten sind sehr bequem! Der fehlende Föhn wurde am nächsten Tag geliefert, guter Service!

Die Wohnung ist hellhörig und es schallt sehr. Die Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern haben nicht abgedunkelt und sind ständig von der Schiene gerutscht ,die Kaffemaschine ist eine Tassimo , Kapseln gibt es nur im Kaufland ( 20 min. entfernt) für ca.7 € das Paket . Spülmaschine reinigt nicht richtig, da Tabsbehälter defekt .Statt Küchentücher gibt’s Zewa , nicht sehr vorteilhaft. Zwei- drei Tassen mehr im Schrank wären angebracht.

Nähe zum Strand, Ausstattung ! Oberes Zimmer sehr schön!

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht, dass wir als 2 Pärchen keine abgeschlossenen Schlafzimmer hatten! Das 2.Pärchen hatte keinen Rückzugsort! Diese Wohnung war im unteren Geschoss sehr dunkel! Wir hatten wieder gebucht, da wir das vergangenes Jahr bei Baltica Heaven by 2HomeRent hatten! Und zwar Wohnung Marina Zimmer 20! Da waren wir sehr begeistert! Gern würden wir nächstes Jahr wieder buchen, aber nur diese Wohnung! Bitte um Rückmeldung ob das möglich ist

Strasznie brudny taras i zapach cebuli w lodówce. Ogólnie w całym apartamencie było brudno . Było czuć piach jakby nie bylo odkurzone po poprzednich gościach. Zdechłe muchy na parapetach. Dopiero po zgłoszeniu tego przyszedł pan z Ukrainy który odkurzył igły i piach z tarasu a potem tą samą końcówką od odkurzacza odkurzył tapczan w salonie. Pani umyła lodówkę.Naczynia w szafie musiałam umyć bo były resztki jedzenia.

Okolica. Możliwość spacerów do Dźwirzyna i Mrzeżyna plaża lub lasem.

Apartament tj. szczególnie sypialnia blisko ruchliwej drogi. O ciszy nie było mowy. Brak programów np. TVN, TVP. Mały wybór kanałów. Za to dostępna Republika -tego nie da się oglądać. Ekspres do kawy był ale bez kawy. Obsługa nie zadbała o czysty taras. Taras nie był na ogród lecz na jedno drzewo. Budynek otoczony oknami że można było zaglądać do sąsiadów. Brak zaciemnionych okien.

Super Lage, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal.

Das Apartment war sehr modern und sauber, sowie die Lage des Hotels und Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich toll! Grundsätzlich war es wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Leider haben wir in unserem Wohnzimmer mit einem Panoramafenster bzw. Schlafzimmer für Kinder keine Gardinen gehabt, was unsere Privatsphäre zum Teil beeinträchtigte, auch eine Mikrowelle fehlte uns manchmal.

Entspannung pur, lange Strandspaziergänge , Seele baumeln lassen… wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Wald und in 5 min am breiten weissen Sandstrand. Ein wahres Paradies für unseren Hund. Wir waren zum 3.Mal in der Wohnung - super hell, bequeme Betten, Küchenzeile bietet alles, was man braucht. Balkon für den Morgenkaffee und zum Relaxen mit einem guten Buch in der Sonne…und man kann so richtig entschleunigen bei Vogelzwitschern und Wellenrauschen…

Einige der Wandlampen gehen gar nicht mehr oder flackern sogar. Nachttischlampen wären nett…die Batterie des elektrischen Türschlosses/ Schaltpads war bei Ankunft leer, wurde aber innerhalb weniger Minuten nach Anruf repariert- Super Service und das am Freitag Abend!
