Spacious and clean appartment, very well equipped kitchen in a good location. Quiet part of the beach is a 5 min walk away, same as supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Easy and friendly communication with host

There is a big construction site on the other side of the street, so can be a bit noisy during their working hours (in our case cranes starting to operate from 7.30 am in the morning). There is a bit of a smell in some rooms (probably caused by sewage), so windows should be openend regularly. Parking is a bit cumbersome as the long term free parking is at the main beach road and so 5 min walking away, up to three hours parking in front of the appartment is possible to load / unload.

Cute place

I guess the host still has some small white fix, there is no washing machine or tv. With kids you can't survive for a long time without a washing machine. The place is really cute, but there is some issue with the sewage, so that you need to air the place very often.

Schön - uns hat es gefallen!

Gute Lage. Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen (Supermarkt, Lokale, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) waren in der Nähe und gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten... aber man sollte vielleicht darauf hinweisen. Es gibt einen Austritt, Lichthof vielleicht 2 x 2 Meter groß gerade ausreichend um einen Wäscheständer aufzustellen. Diesen als Terrasse zu "bewerben" ist schon sportlich. Die FeWo liegt im Erdgeschoss, die Kapelstraat ist zwar keine Hauptstraße, da es jedoch keine Gardinen an den Fenstern gibt kann jedermann hereinschauen... muss man mögen oder die Vorhänge zuziehen. Im Bezug auf Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Anziehsachen ist die Wohnung recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Wenn das Appartement mit 6 Personen voll belegt ist lebt man tatsächlich aus dem Koffer. Wir haben bei Buchung der Unterkunft nicht speziell nach einem Fernseher bzw. Radio in der Ausstattung gesucht und erst 1 Woche vor Anreise den Hinweis bekommen das es beides nicht gibt... es ging auch ohne! Aber zeitgemäß ist es dennoch nicht. Ach ja, eine Infomappe oder ähnliches in der FeWo wäre auch nicht schlecht.
