Location and value for money

The staff was very nice and the hotel is in a great location. The room and bathroom were clean and the self check-in is very easy.

There was one big inconvenience and it was the noise from the corridor. There’s echo in the halls and I could hear people speaking at the reception, even though I was on the first floor. At night when people were going to their rooms I couldn’t sleep because of the noise (and they weren’t loud, the corridors simply carry the sound too much). There were also some minor issues - the bathroom is on the other side of the corridor, so every time I went there I had to lock my room and lock/unlock bathroom. There’s no rubbish bin in the room, so again had to go to the bathroom each time. Also, the window is too high to open for an average woman, so it was very hot there as I obviously couldn’t leave the door open (bathroom). The room is fairly dark, unless it’s sunny and there’s just one lamp, so in the evening it’s rather dark. I was there only one night but I don’t think it would be a great place for a longer stay. So all in all, for a short stay it isn’t that bad, just take earplugs. There’s also no lift although that wasn’t an issue for me.
