Everything was provided with a wide range of facilities, in fact everything that would be needed was available that's needed for a longer stay than 4 nights for a family. It was an ideal location for exploring the coast around North Yorkshire. Easy to walk into Whitby so ideal for some gentle exercise as well. The wide range of toys available was unexpected and our grandson was delighted upon finding them.
Everything was fine, so nothing to dislike.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped. Good location for touring up and down the coast. Car charging point. Very quiet house and location. Lovely view of the rugby field at the front of the property. Very nice welcoming touch of cookies and coffee pods left for us on the dining table. Fantastic host, Matthew, we were kept well informed of precise location and position and photo of the lock box for the door keys. Very kindly let us check out an hour later than usual.

Very comfortable and spacious house with ample off road parking. Nice quiet location. Supermarket nearby. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a dishwasher. En suite bedroom plus 2 further bath and shower rooms.
No blind on the window in the en suite bathroom.

Spacious, clean, very comfortable and great accommodation for a family. 2 lounges, one with a large tv. Ample bath/shower rooms and a very well equipped kitchen with a big fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer and microwave. Lots of toys/books for the children and the table football/ pool table was extremely popular! Very pleasant outlook over the rugby field. Very easy to contact Matthew, the host, who replied promptly with any info required. Also very close to a Lidl and a Spar.
The property is just over a mile from the centre of Whitby. This is an easy walk downhill into Whitby but a bit of a climb (although do-able) on the way back. However, taxis are plentiful and relatively cheap.
