El apartamento tiene muy buena localización en el barrio de los pescadores que es precioso, así como una terraza y vistas impresionantes de Conil y la playa. La cocina tenía os útiles necesarios y cosas básicas (azucar, café, aceite, especias..). Tiene 2 habitaciones y baños completos.
Tener en cuenta que tiene bastantes escaleras tanto para llegar a la casa como en ella, son 3 pisos con 1 habitación y 1 baño en la planta baja, la otra habitación y baño en la planta media y la pequeña cocina-salón con la terraza en la planta alta. Por otra parte nos hubiese gustado que en el baño hubiese gel y champú así como alguna toalla de playa también ya que es un apartamento en zona costera.
