About this house rental
exclusive townhouse, just 120m from the beach, with fantastic seaviews from private terrace, for 2-4 persons, a/c warm/cold, SAT-TV, with own garage-parking, free Wi-Fi, safe. Precious authentical townhouse in the old fishermen’s quarter – newly completely renovated and modern. The marvellous seaview and the closeness to the beach seem unmatched in Conil.
The house is comfortably equipped with:
3 bedrooms: one masterbedroom with a doublebed of 1,6 x 2,0mtrs in the first floor and 2 smaller bedrooms with each one bed of 0,9 x 1,9mtrs in the groundfloor. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and mosquito nets at the windows. The bedrooms are leading to an inner courtyard
2 bathrooms with large shower: one in the groundfloor, here you also have a washing machine and one in the first floor.
In the second floor you have the living room with SAT-TV (British channels as well), music player,
The kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceran cooking, baking oven, microwave, coffeemachine, toaster etc.
From the living room you reach the terrace where you have 2 sunloungers, a table and chairs, and an awning to protect you from the afternoon-sun. An electric barbecue is provided.
From the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic views, but also from the living room and from the kitchen you overlook the ocean.
In the first floor you have another room with a couch and a desk.
In the master bedroom and living room there is air-conditioning warm/cold – so the house is conveniently prepared for summer and winter. Additional electrical heatings on request (heating costs are included in winter).
With this house you have the possibility to book an additional garage parking space. This costs € 10,00 per day. It is extremely comfortable when parking is scarce in summer (garage is abt. 30 m away from the house).
A cot and a high chair can also be provided.

This was our third stay at Casa Sarina and once again it is perfect. Clean, comfortable, great location, garage so good, close to the beach and supermarket. The sun terrace is brilliant. We love this place.

La casa estaba todo muy limpio ,no le falta de nada todo al detalle, camas cómodas ,muy buena ubicación cerca del centro pero sin ruidos a la noche y cerca de la playa

Eine wirklich sehr, sehr schöne FeWo. Sie liegt zentral in der Altstadt, dennoch - gemessen an spanischen Verhältnissen - ausgesprochen ruhig. Der Blick von der sehr sonnigen Dachterrasse ist super. Goldwert ist der Parkplatz in der nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage.Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen. Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern des Vermittlungsportals war problemlos. Gleiches gilt für die Abwicklung der finanziellen Dinge. Alles ist seriös.Zwei kleine (!!!) Kritikpunkte: Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung des Portalbetreibers war - zumindest wenn man Gehwege nicht befahren will - falsch.Vorort gibt es für " den Fall aller Fälle" keine "Notfall"Kontaktperson, die wirklich (!!!) zu erreichen ist. Unser Anruf beim Portalbetreiber im Zusammenhang mit Problemen bei der Haussschlüsselübernahme wurde mit dem wenighilfreichen Hinweis dessen AB, nochmals anzurufen, kommentiert.Dennoch würden und werden wir wiederkommen!!
