The apartment was beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location, close to the main square and all the shops. In the evenings we enjoyed going out for pizza, gelato and an aperitif, everything was easy and comfortable. The little streets with bakeries and local shops made us feel truly at home.

Ideal location in the heart of Torre del Greco . 10 minutes walk to the Circumvesuviana line train station. From there it was easy to visit Naples, Ercolano, Pompeii and Sorrento. Very spacious apartment with a balcony to the front overlooking the vibrant Main Street, and the rear balcony overlooking the daily market of fresh local produce and the best pizza you will ever taste. Sample it, €1 a slice, with a steady stream of locals calling in. Ask Marcello to point you in the direction of Olga’s place. Many a happy hour watching the activity down in the street. Marcello made us feel very welcome, and gave us lots of travel advice and tips. His English was excellent and he was generous with his time and easily available by text or in person.

The only thing we didn’t like was we found the bed really firm/hard. We recommend a mattress topper !
