Beds were all very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. And the large table was great for eating and playing games.

The only thing missing was more outdoor chairs on the large deck.

1. Bugs in the basement room: One downside we encountered was the presence of bugs, particularly on the basement floor and walls. This was a bit unsettling and affected the overall comfort of that particular room. 2. Lack of adequate cooling in the living room: The living room had large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light, but during the day, it became uncomfortably hot. The air-conditioning system struggled to cool the room adequately, which was a bit disappointing. Despite the cons mentioned, the Blue Mountain Chalet offered several appealing features. Its spacious living room, extensive amenities, ample bedrooms, and convenient location near Blue Mountain attractions made it an enjoyable stay. While improvements could be made in terms of bug control and cooling in the living room, overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at the 118 Birch view trail Chalet, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Let me break down the pros and cons of my stay. 1. Very spacious living room: The living room was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for relaxation and socializing with a large group of people. It was great for spending quality time together. 2. Well-equipped with living facilities: The chalet had all the necessary living facilities, making our stay comfortable and convenient. From a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy fireplace, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. 3. Plenty of bedrooms and beds: The chalet boasted numerous bedrooms and beds, making it ideal for accommodating a big group of people. Everyone had their own space, ensuring privacy and comfort. 4. Huge parking lot: The presence of a large parking lot was a definite advantage. It provided ample space for parking multiple vehicles, which was convenient for our group. 5. Cleanliness: The chalet was well-maintained, both inside and outside. It was evident that cleanliness was a priority, and we appreciated the effort put into keeping the place tidy.

It’s clean and comfortable

The property is located with just the right amount of distance from the fanfare of the resort. Lots of rooms for a large gathering. The pictures on the site give an impression that the beds are smaller than they seem. Good size beds. surprisingly comfortable.

I didn’t like the roaches. I had never seen a roach in Canada before the day I got there. It was especially disgusting that the roaches were mostly convening in the utensil drawers. And to think I paid $4100 for a roach infested place! I sent a message to the host asking if there was any spray lying around somewhere. No response.
