The condo was in a great location. It was up to date and looked just like it was advertised. It was very clean inside. There was a bottle filled with cigarette butts left on the balcony but nothing we couldn’t handle. Would definitely recommend and also stay again!

The condo was perfect for what I was looking for! We typically stay at a hotel in front of Northside Park, but didn't want to stay at a hotel this year, due to COVID-19. So, I went searching online for a condo in this community and found this gem!!
Myself and my 3 boys had the best getaway before going back to school. The location is excellent, just a very short walk or bike ride to the park. The owners are lovely, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We were able to buy all of our food and cook in the condo, instead of going out to Restaurants during the pandemic.
The deck is spacious and we spent a lot of time out there, overlooking the canal. The community is safe, the neighbors are pleasant, I could go on and on. We will be back!! Thank you Heather & Randall.

This property is very clean. Quick walk to the beach. Restaurants right in the block. Northside Park in the neighborhood. Other residents very pleasant. Fun to watch other residents with boats, jet skis, kayaks. Owner is super helpful, and very responsive.
