This property worked perfect for us! It had the space we needed in an awesome and central location. Host was super responsive anytime we had a question or issue. It was clean. Wifi was great most of the time. Best in the main living area and all the adults were working a bit while away without issues. I would stay here again. Easy drive to Shoys Beach within the community.

This house was amazing. My group consisted of myself, my husband, 1-18 year old girl, 1-18 year old boy, 1-16 year old boy and 1-15 year old girl. We stayed for 7 nights from March 22-29 of 2022. The house has 2 bedrooms (queen beds) attached to a jack & jill style bathroom that is HUGE. One bedroom with a double bed that has it's own bathroom with a roomy shower. This bedroom opens to the pool patio directly. The master bedroom has a king bed and basically it's own living room inside of it. The master bath is HUGE with an incredible shower and the toilet is separate, which was nice. There are two incredibly big walk through closets in there as well. The house is well built and sound does not travel from one room to the next. The yard is SO huge we didn't even use most of it. All bedrooms have AC that keep them nice and cool. The rest of the house we just opened the numerous doors and turn on the fans. That with the island breeze kept the entire house nice. The washer/dryer are in the garage/carport area and worked great while we were there. But the POOL!!!! It was INCREDIBLE!!! We made so many memories with the kids in the pool and it was great to be able to hop in at any time. The community and house are both gated. The neighborhood was 100% safe. We did visit the nearby beaches, I wouldn't suggest walking unless you like a longer stroll. We had a slight issue with hot water in the master bath and Shanda and the repairman arrived within 20 minutes of me sending her a message. She is the nicest hostess I've ever encountered. I can't say enough great things about this house and hostess. The kitchen is fully furnished, but you will need bring all food and spices. The freezer does have an ice maker which was a HUGE bonus in the heat. I am beyond happy we picked this place to stay.
