A beautiful, spacious, and comfortable modern villa featuring, on the first floor, 2 bedrooms with a large bathroom, a toilet, a lovely living area with an open-concept fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room; and on the first floor, a master suite with a bathroom, a toilet, and a walk-in closet. The rooms are spacious and bright, providing a pleasant living experience for up to 7 people. Outside, there is a beautiful, flat, enclosed garden with an unobstructed view and no neighbors directly across, in a quiet setting. The house is within walking distance of all local shops and various activities in the area
. Bed linens are included for weekly rentals. Towels can be rented for 5 euros per towel upon request, and sheets for 10 euros per bed for short-term rentals. You’ll enjoy its large, flat, fenced-in garden with a beautiful, unobstructed south-facing view. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, plenty of closets, a TV, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. Cleaning is not included but is available as an option for 50 euros per stay.

Maison spacieuse, facile d'entretien et agréable à vivre. Bien située à proximité de nombreux commerces et sites à visiter. Lieu très calme et reposant qui nous a permis de bien profiter de cette belle région.

Excellente base de randonnées dans les vallées environnantes et maison tout confort pour des soirées très agréables lors de vacances de février atypiques, sans neige et sous un soleil éclatant.
