About this house rental
In the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, at an altitude of 800 m, at the start of many hikes, family house that can accommodate 6 people, without vis-à-vis, with exceptional view.
The house was completely renovated and insulated in 2023. Almost self-sufficient in energy, it is equipped with photovoltaic panels and heated by the wood-burning stove coupled with solar panels. Always connected to the EDF network if necessary, there is no risk of power outage.
On the first floor: large living room with living room, fitted kitchen and wood stove, bathroom with toilet and shed.
The first floor, served by a wide staircase, has three large, bright bedrooms, two of which have 1 bed in 140 and a bedroom with two beds in 90.
On the second floor is a bathroom with toilet.
Bed linen is not provided.
Fully fenced south facing garden.
5 minutes from Massat (all shops), 30 minutes from Saint-Girons, 1 hour from Foix, 1 hour 30 minutes from Toulouse.
The house located in a hamlet of 3 houses is semi-detached from the house of a retired farmer.
In summer, the proximity of the neighborhood does not allow for noisy night-time parties.

Maison dans un petit hameau de montagne idéale pour les amateurs de nature et de randonnées. Bénédicte, l'hôte, est très à l'écoute de ses locataires et les infos fournies pour le séjour sont très complètes. Ne pas hésiter à utiliser le poêle à pétrole pour chauffer la pièce à vivre en hiver, il chauffe très bien. Seule la salle de bain reste plutôt fraîche. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres agréables avec une vue splendide sur les sommets enneigés.
Notre séjour a été très sympa.
