Exceptional

A beautiful old stone house renovated with a lot of taste and providing all comfort you need for a stay. Large bedrooms with bathrooms, all as shown on pictures. A balcony, outdoor area with barbecue and especially a great terrace on a roof gives a place for everyone to relax . A small swimming pool great for kids. Located in a very centre of the little town, next to a shop and pizzeria.. it takes approx 20 min to walk to the local beach in Peroj (nice, spacy with many small bars) but you can also drive a few minutes to small almost empty beaches nearby. A short distance to Fazana / Pula , a half an hour drive to Rovinj which is a must see! a very special 'thank you' to Irena , our host for all the hospitality!

All good, the only small recommendation is to add maybe a small wardrobe or more shelves in one or two rooms to have more place for clothes

One of the best accommodations I have ever booked.

One of the best accommodations I have ever booked. The house is a renovated old-village villa, and the result preserved the house's original beauty, while being modern and comfortable. There are four excellent terraces and the view from the top terrace is amazing. You can see the open sea, and the romantic old village of Peroj. There are two kitchens, both are well-equipped, and the grill is excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable, with separate bedrooms each. The pool is small, but suitable for adults for a quick dip.

The air condition machines are in the living areas, so if you close the bedroom doors you will get very hot. I recommend cooling the rooms before night and keeping the shades on the windows closed all day.

Relaxed family vacation with motorboat

We especially liked the warm nature of Irena. She was always eager to answer all our questions or to solve problems we faced (finding a boat mooring at Veruda Marina or with a forgotten purse). She gave us tips on the best restaurants in the area, which we also found very tasty. We even received a 1.5l bottle of Prosecco upon arrival, which we drank immediately. Irena's mother baked us yummy Istrian cookies, which tasted delicious. As we were 8 person's, this house with it's 4 sleeping rooms and 4 bathrooms was the perfect decision for us 👍🙂

The villa is gorgeous, completely renovated in mediterranean style. Everything is new and clean.

The villa is perfect, a lot of space, beds are comfortable, the view from the up terrace over the sea and Brioni islands. Friendly and helpful host. Very recommended.

Rewelacja!

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Właścicielka Irena podpowiadała co i jak i zawsze służyła dobrą radą :) Na miejscu grill z którego często korzystaliśmy. Basen był czyszczony co 2-3 dni, na miejscu pralki, doskonały internet na każdym z pięter. Klimatyzacja doskonale chłodziła dom.

Nie ma minusów - wszystko było tip-top!
