This beautiful holiday house enjoys a very quiet location opposite Brioni National Park, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the landscape. All the bedrooms, as well as the living room and the dining area, have a balcony overlooking the garden and the sea. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and a living room. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a large dining area, a separate kitchen and a hallway with the entrance. All five bedrooms are very spacious and each can be accessed separately. You can find the exact measurements of the beds under the respective photo. A large TV with satellite reception, Internet access, a safe, a CD and DVD player are provided. Four of the five bathrooms have a shower. In the outdoor area, the property has a large pool, as well as a grill area and a summer kitchen with counters. The garden furniture provides maximum comfort, with seven sun loungers, two roofed seating groups. You can experience beautiful sunsets and relax with a glass of wine and spend an unforgettable holiday. Table tennis, table football, a basketball basket, a trampoline and a swing are available on site. The house is very family-friendly. Three parking spaces are available in the courtyard. The pool can be used from early May to late October depending on the weather. The pool is not heatable. The owner lives in a neighbouring house, without disturbing you. The holiday home has four air conditioning units available. It is possible to play tennis and golf in the area. You can explore the underwater world in a submarine or whilst diving. Experience the newly-opened water park in Burtoniga as a day trip with friends or family. You can hire bicycles right in the village and explore the area with countless beautiful bays and crystal clear water. We recommend visiting interesting places such as Pula, Rovinj, Brioni National Park and Hum, the smallest town in the world, as well as trips into the inland area and along the wine routes.
