Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un port que nous connaissons bien, et dans une maison très très bien équipée, bien décorée. Salles d'eau et cuisine jolies et pratiques. Nous pourrions juste regretter quelque chose pour poser ses objets dans les salles d'eau et un porte savon dans les douches. Le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu et très agréable car fermé entièrement lorsque l'on a un petit chien. Nous avons aimé et reviendrons c'est sûr. (de plus, le propriétaire fait une très bonne pâtisserie!) Merci pour votre accueil Mireille et Thierry

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Schöne Bäder, offene Küche, sehr schöner Garten, komplett geschlossen. Tolle Lage - in 1 Minute ist man am Strand.

Un séjour très agréable et un emplacement au top. La maison est très sympa et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La propriétaire est très gentille. Un bémol, les frais supplémentaires de 158€ eau et chauffage + ménage qu'il faut ajouter au prix de la location. Et des frais de 100€ prélevés par Abritel qui n'est pas justifié puisque la propriétaire a tout géré. Je pense que c'est du vol manifeste ! Il va falloir qu'Abritel m'explique à quoi ça correspond ces frais injustifiés qui correspond à 15% du prix de la location.

Für alle, die nicht viel lesen möchten hier meine Kurzzusammenfassung: - Wir: Familie (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 2 J., 1 Kind 6 J.) - tolle, herzliche Vermieter - perfekte Lage direkt am Strand - sehr chicke Inneneinrichtung, alles komplett neu und modern - absolute Buchungsempfehlung Unsere Familie hat eine großartige Woche in Penmarch verbracht - auch dank des superschönen Ferienhauses und der tollen Vermieter! Das Haus ist privat vermietet - und genauso persönlich und herzlich war der Kontakt. Ok, es ist hilfreich, wenigstens ein bisschen französisch zu sprechen - aber das ist normal und höchstens für den Erstbesucher Frankreichs gewöhnungsbedürftig ;-) Beim Check-In haben uns nicht nur die Vermieter herzlich begrüßt, sondern auch ein von Ihnen frischgebackener "far breton" sowie ein leckerer Cidre. Darüber hinaus haben sie sich noch in dem Augenblick sehr viel Mühe gegeben und z.B. aus dem Supermarkt schnell ein Seil organisiert und die innenliegende Wendeltreppe kleinkindsicher gemacht. Der Kontakt lief übrigens vorher schon ganz entspannt via eMail und Telefon. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, ganz nah am unendlichen langen Sandstrand mit herrlicher Dünenlandschaft. Insbesondere zur Hauptferienzeit entfällt somit mal eben die lästige Parkplatzsuche. Die komplette Umzäunung macht den Außenbereich absolut kindersicher; außerdem steht das Auto ebenfalls innen. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist komplett neu, alles sehr, sehr chic, maritim, in einem "modern-vintage"-Look. Tolle offene Küche, gemütliches Sofa, bequeme Betten, moderne Bäder - was will man mehr. Wenn wir "Zuhause" waren, konnten die Kinder Playmobil aufbauen, im Garten rumtoben o.a. Über die o.g. innenliegende Wendeltreppe kommt man in den ersten Stock, der Bereich ist galerieähnlich, mit abgehendem Schlafzimmer, kleinem Bad und Toilette. Wir haben aber nur das Bad als "Elternbereich" genutzt. Da wir im Sommerurlaub eher aus dem Koffer heraus leben (man braucht ja nicht viel), hat uns nicht gestört, dass es nicht viele Stauräume für seine privaten Klamotten gibt. Auch typisch Frankreich ist die in vielen Elementen genutzte Leichtbauweise: es ist für unsere Ohren relativ hellhörig. Trotz Kleinkind aber kein Problem, die sind abends platt! Die Abreise verlief so herzlich wie der Empfang: Strom und Wasser abgelesen und mit der Kaution verrechnet. Wir wurden sehr kulant behandelt und konnten sogar alles schon Freitag klären, so dass wir am nächsten Morgen direkt losfahren konnten.
