The location is fantastic! The sea is very close, which is the most important thing. There are two beaches nearby: one (by the promenade) is small, sandy, with trampolines – perfect for families with kids; the other one is more spacious and very clean. A mini-market with all the essentials and the promenade are just a few steps away, and a large supermarket is within walking distance. The apartments feel just like home: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for that! Special thanks to the owners for the cleanliness, the warm welcome, and the hospitality (despite the language barrier).

Quite and relaxing stay

Martina and Peter are wonderful hosts, thanks for hosting us. They helped us with everything that we needed, even allowed to stay longer on the day when we are left the apartment. The flat is located in a quite area with everything needed to short-term stay. Its approx 700m from the Punta Rozica beach and up to 400m to central area. There is one shop close to flat, we bought there almost all products for stay. There is also bakery with some croissants and pizza, one fast-food point, restaurants and cafes are in central area near beach side. Spar and Plodino supermarkets are up to 1 - 1.5km away. If you consider a quite place for stay and close all what you need that's looks like an good option. At the beginning there was an issue with internet on daily basis, but once we recognized that the issue with the router Peter bought new one and called service to instal it. After that there were no more issues with internet, the speed was enough for me to have daily calls (I worked all the time) and connection was stable after the router change.

What would be good to have - probable a bit bigger fridge as available now (mini-bar size) is a bit small for keeping all products there for 3-4 adults. And another one - there is a quite big area in front of flat, so would be nice to put there BBQ for guests. As sometimes we wanted to have BBQ and there was no of it, so we bought small and one-time used BBQ in the shop, however it was not convenient at all
