    Its a love motel in a good location near the hospital. We were woken up with heavy banging on our door at 2 AM - it was scary

    The actual room did not match the expectations set by the advertisement. The pillows were not in good condition, and the pillowcases appeared old and seemed not to have been replaced. The blanket also looked worn. I was expecting complimentary bottled water because it was indicated in the advertisement, but when I asked at the front desk, I was informed that none was provided. I also expected room slippers, but these were not available. Only soap was provided. It would be helpful if the accommodation clearly specified in the booking details what amenities are included in the package to avoid misunderstandings. For example, I expected toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, but these were not provided. In addition, the extension outlet in the room was not functioning, so I had to use the TV's power outlet to charge my devices. The Wi-Fi password posted in the room also did not work, and I had to request the correct password from the front desk. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience and to ensure that future guests receive accommodations consistent with what is advertised.
