The property was a decent price and the location was great!!

Check in was a NIGHTMARE!!! You don’t get the “boarding pass” until just prior to your check in. We drove all day and when we got to the door to open the “boarding pass” we could get access. The person I called tried to help but after 2 hours of standing right outside the building he told me to go to a place with goos wi-fi!!I couldn’t believe it!! We were tired, had all of our luggage and how were we suppose to know who has good wi-fi??? My husband then got on the phone and demanded the code. The guy was reluctant but finally gave it to him!! Prior to all this I had to decide to pay a nonrefundable fee of $30 something OR pay a possibly refundable fee of $200!!! What the??? Really?? I told him we are 2 old people who are not going to do any damages…I pain the $200 (which you could tell he didn’t really want me to). As for the apartment, it was clean (except the carpet up to and on the bedrooms)and spacious, and sparsely decorated. I assume they get people in for sporting events, etc. that trash the place! The beds felt like straw too! The halls are dimly lit which gives it a creepy feeling. I don’t think I will return!

Amazing, Comfortable, & Convenient.

The property was amazing, with so much space. King size beds were perfect for someone like me. Bathrooms were stocked with towels and even shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel! Kitchen had everything we needed in plates, cups, a water filter, and even a coffee machine with complimentary keurig cups & sugars. Customer service was great as well. Had a question with something and I was replied to in seconds on the customer service number I was given when we arrived. It's right in the middle of everything, we parked our car in a garage for 3 days and never touched it again because we walked everywhere we went. Absolutely 5 stars and will be booking again if we return to Indianapolis.

Pleasant and relaxing stay within easy walking distance of the convention center and Whole Foods.

plenty of space to hang out and not feel like we were tripping all over each other.

Th kitchen needs to be restocked. Missing some cooking utensils. Also, the dryer wouldn’t dry, so we located the filter. It had a compacted inch plus of lint built up. no idea when it had been serviced. Definitely a fire hazard.
