Loved the proximity to the speedway and downtown.

We did not get a breakfast. The house was perfect for our racing weekend at the speedway.
Everything is updated and clean. Great job.
Finish off the basement when you can. Especially a second shower.

Everything!!! Very clean!! Loved the extra bedding, towels, kitchen supplies. Location was super for visiting the races! Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. LOVED all the charging stations and power strips. No shortage for electronics!! Bathroom was super clean!!
There was very little I didn't like :) This property was wonderful. Instructions are needed for the thermostat, I wanted to turn the air up to 72 but otherwise everything was great.. The only items I can offer would be for future upgrades would be a water softener and a Kuerig instead of a drip coffee maker. One last item, loved all the extra bedding, but maybe add some shelving in the closet so guests can use dresser for personal items. 😉
