Newly renovated, three bedroom, three bath home centrally located to all local conveniences. Located just 2 miles to the Mayo Clinic and St. Marys.
This home is nestled in a cozy established neighborhood with a fenced in backyard for maximum privacy. 1/2 mile to grocery store, 2-4 miles to all shopping and restaurants. Close to bus lines, bike trails and parks.
~I work from home part-time and am readily available to make your stay as great as possible. Please feel free to text me anytime. I can also help you plan any day excursions you would be interested in. We have many wineries, breweries, coffee houses and small quaint towns within an hour of Rochester.
~We have taken additional steps to clean and sanitize during this uncertain time. We use a CDC approved cleaning solution on all hard surfaces.

Clean,tastefully decorated house.Nice to have a garage to park our car. The kids enjoyed the basement bunk beds and extra tv family room. The back yard patio was big with comfortable chairs. The coffee bar was excellent with k cups and granola bars. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful trees everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

This house was a wonderful place to recover at after surgery at Mayo. Cozy house. Comfortable beds. Although not for the best of reasons, we enjoyed our stay!

The bathrooms were not very good, water would not turn on in the tub or shower in the hallway bath. The master bathroom shower is so small and had black mold. The basement bathroom also had black mold. We had to buy Clorox cleaner to use in the bathrooms. The rest of the house was clean,very good beds. We were unaware of the stairs so that was hard to navigate for us older people.
