Vicinanza al mare , comprensorio curato , pulito
Casa con elevata potenzialità ma sporca , cucina vecchia e piano cottura assolutamente da cambiare , pentole bucate , macchina del caffè rotta ( perde acqua ) , bidet bagno piano superiore otturato e bagni da ristrutturare

Ubytovanie malo naozaj svoje čaro, najmä vonkajšie priestory ako terasa a celkový dizajn ubytovania, v dome bolo príjemne chladno vďaka dlažbe a vysokému stropu v hlavnej chodbe. Súčasťou vybavenia boli klimatizácie, bez ktorých by sme sa naozaj nezaobišli. Majitelia boli takisto veľmi ústretoví a pri probléme reagovali pozitívne a pohotovo čo pridáva veľké plus.
Dom by potreboval opravy a úpravy, ktorých vyriešením by sa dosiahla maximálna spokojnosť. Niektoré zariadenia boli staršie a bolo vidieť opotrebovanie.

Locatie. Op loopafstand van het strand en gezellige restaurantjes. Mooie tuin.
Huis moet nodig worden opgeknapt en gemoderniseerd. Er was veel stuk. Losse stopcontacten. Kapotte lampen. Gevaarlijke waterketel. Bakje bij nespresso ontbreekt etc.
