Doskonała lokalizacja, komfortowy ,dobrze wyposażony i czysty pokój. Piękny widok na morze w kierunku Świnoujścia , a więc zachody słońca. Podziemny garaż bez dodatkowych opłat.

Vorsicht! Kaution wird nicht zurück gezahlt! Auf Nachfragen gibt es keine Reaktion.

Es gäbe einiges, was uns an der Unterkunft selbst gut gefallen hat. Leider muss ich heute alle Punkte mit sehr schlecht bewerten, da ich nur noch mit großem Ärger auf unseren Urlaub zurückschauen kann und es mittlerweile sehr bereue, bei diesem Vermieter gebucht zu haben.

Zur Erklärung: meine schlechte Bewertung beruht darauf, dass ich mich finanziell „über den Tisch gezogen“ fühle. Der Vermieter hat unsere Kaution in Höhe von knapp 90.- EUR auch fast 4 Wochen nach unserer Abreise immer noch nicht zurückgezahlt! Der Preis für die Wohnung (eine Woche im Juni) sollte 864,- EUR betragen. Kurz vor Anreise wurden uns 951,- EUR von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Irritiert davon, habe ich daraufhin bei genauem „Durchsuchen“ der Buchung die etwas versteckten Angaben gelesen, dass seitens des Vermieters zusätzlich zum ausgewiesenen Mietpreis eine Kaution erhoben wird, die nach Abreise erstattet werden sollte. Ich habe die Kaution in Höhe von knapp 90 EUR mittlerweile MEHRFACH sowohl in der Booking.com-App, als auch per E-Mail beim Vermieter zurückgefordert, ich erhielt jedoch bis heute KEINE Reaktion! Das empfinde ich als sehr unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren und ist mir bisher noch nie bei einer Buchung über Booking.com passiert! Dazu kommt, dass sehr enttäuschenderweise auch seitens Booking.com bisher mein Anliegen ignoriert wird, und auf meine Anfragen und E-Mails bis heute keine Reaktion erfolgt ist! Ich habe den Eindruck, dass alles verzögert werden soll, bis unsere Ersatzansprüche abgelaufen sind. Das war dann sicherlich meine letzte Buchung hier. Und das Schlimmste ist, dass wir kein Einzelfall sind! Wir sind zusammen mit einer Freundin verreist, die ein eigenes Apartment über denselben Vermieter gebucht hat. Auch sie wartet bis heute auf eine Rückzahlung der Kaution! Ich kann also jeden nur warnen und raten, bei diesem Vermieter besondere Vorsicht walten zu lassen!

Apartament znajduje się przy Promenadzie w samym centrum Międzyzdrojów. Z balkonu widok na morze. Apartament wyposażony w saszetki z żelem i szamponem. Pralka na stanie. Sprzęty do przygotowania posiłków ok w wystarczającej ilości. Bardzo ciepło w apartamencie. Całość zgodnie z opisem. W pobliżu Molo i wejście na kładkę spacerową oraz lokale gastronomiczne. W niedalekiej odległości sklepy Biedronka,Netto

Można by było skompletować jednakową zastawę do śniadania :kubki(dwie sztuki do herbaty i dwa kubki do kawy., talerze duże z różnego rodzaju. Dwie małe łyżeczki. Przydałaby się zmywarka.

Hotel bardzo ładny, nowoczesny, pokój czyściutki i duży, widok z balkonu - piękny! 😍 W łazience była nawet pralka, co przy małych dzieciach jest ogromnym udogodnieniem na dłuższy pobyt 🙂
