Great location and breakfast

Neighbouring properties occasionally noisy BUT curfew ends this about 11 so no real issue

* The location is just awesome, the heart of Lviv * Breakfast is of superb quality * Rooms as spacious * The layout inside the historical building that hotel occupies is so cool, with a few unusual staircases, corridors, inner courtyard windows

Just some really minor nitpicks * Bathroom lacked storage/hangers/shelves, especially for using our own shampoo/shower gel; a small shelf and a towel hook would make a huge difference * As a vegetarian, I only had one non-sweet breakfast option; I have no complaints about it, and that was totally fine for a 3 nights stay, but can be a bit boring if staying longer

This is serioiusly one of my favorite places to stay in Lviv. This was the second time we stayed there and it was great. Our room initially did not have a window into the street (this is an old architecture building and some windows are actually inside - looks like a stylish shaft). We asked for another room and were immediately offered an upgrade with a window looking into the inner yard. The breakfast options are many and all of them are delicious. The hotel itself is located in the pedestrian zone in the very heart of Lviv and it is easy to get to all the sites from there. And since the hotel is also a restaurant, it is impossible not to order a delicious meal right there) I would definitely recommend this place.

The parking is not available, but there are a couple of places, public parking and also a couple of private parking lots, where you can leave your car, although they are a bit price in my opinion.

Location was good, right in the heart of Lviv downtown.

Location is closed for car access, and I had to walk with heavy baggage pretty long distance. This was not mentioned in the info or I did not see it. Hotel has no elevator and staying on 5th floor is not comfortable. Reception is nothing close to what it is on the pictures. in fact you have to walk through the cafeteria to the long corridor inside the building and reception is like in the small pass through with corner table. Receptionist was not at the table and I had to wait for several minutes, she came only after I called her on the mobile. Room was very small and you have to sneak between bed and wall to enter the bathroom.
