Місце розташування - ідеальне, центр центру. Все поруч.
Реальний стан квартири не відповідає офіційним фото. Тріщини на стелі , стінах. Ванна протікає - після кожного користування стоїть вода на підлозі, бо скляні двері не прилягають щільно. При цьому килимок чи рушничок для ніг треба було додатково просити в покоївки. На стінах сліди від води - напевне верхні квартири теж мають проблеми з каналізацією. Рушники старі, запрані, але чисті. Найбільший мінус - в помешканні є таргани! Але це не дивно, бо "квартира" знаходиться над кафе. Ну і непогано було би писати, що це таки хостел, але не апартаменти!
