The facilities were very nice. The jacuzzi and the sauna made the experience 10 times better. My partner loved it and loved the lighting around the bedroom. Would definitely recommend it to anyone

A fantastic apartment, great friendly customer service. Close to all amenities. Has everything you need. I booked this for my daughter and her boyfriend for a present. The hosts were super helpful throughout and very informative.

The service was amazing from start to finish.

The service was amazing from start to finish. On arrival, the staff came out to show us exactly where to park, which was a great touch. Communication from the host was excellent both prior to arrival and on the day itself. Sami was especially friendly and welcoming — she took us to our room and clearly explained how all the facilities and amenities worked. It’s the small details that really count, like providing a helpful list of nearby restaurants and shops, which meant a lot. The place was amazing in person, even better than the pictures — very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. I would definitely return and highly recommend this property.

BEST Couples apartment I have ever stayed at!!

This was such a lovely stay and a really unique experience. It was the first time I’ve ever stayed somewhere with a jacuzzi-style bath and a sauna inside our own personal mini apartment, which honestly made it feel so special and private. The place had the best romantic vibes – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was so, so friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Nothing felt awkward or rushed at all. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend Serenity Apartments to anyone looking for something a bit different and special in Bradford ❤️

It was Exceptional!

I had a fabulous time here! It lives up to it's name, the atmosphere and ambience of the room felt just that, serene! I absolutely loved it. Gorgeous aesthetics that felt calming and quite relaxing. The lights, the jacuzz 👌 I didn't want to leave and will definitely be back soonest (only wish it was closer to my city). Well done Sadiya & Shaz.

Apartment was immaculate, sauna amd jacuzzi was outstanding

Everything was amazing I couldn’t fault a thing. The whole experience was just wow. Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. We definitely wasn’t. The host was amazing he showed us around. He gave us a list of all the Resturants close by. He Showed us around the accommodation and Made sure we was happy before he left. We will be back as we enjoyed are stay. Hopefully for a full weekend next time Thankyou again

Cannot recommend this place enough best place to just relax and reset

Great facility and perfect location with lots of good food around and a supermarket so close by. The most relaxing time away I’ve ever had it’s the best place to just put your feet up and fully relax on your own terms hop in and out of the tub and sauna when you like. Good car park and very well kept apartment I was impressed with how clean it actually was. 11/10 stay

I wish there was something to hang the towels to dry. As we stayed there 3 nights it would have been nice to either have the option to get fresh towels from reception or just get a small drying rack for the room.

It had everything we wanted, the owners were more than helpful upon booking our stay. The little touches in the room were lovely and included a message with recommendations on where to eat. Upon booking our stay, the owners were more than accommodating to decorate the room for a birthday package which was a lovely extra. The added the bonus was that the surprise wasn’t ruined when I went to pay for this upon arrival as my partner was with me at the time.

Absolutely amazing! Loved every minute!

It was absolutely amazing! The rooms were all clean and done up to a very high standard! It was so lovely and spotless. We enjoyed our stay a lot and the staff were so so friendly and welcoming from check in all the way to check out.

The outside of the property didn’t look as nice and was a little off putting but as soon as we entered our room it was like a completely different place it was amazing! Can’t fault anything else!

The property was at an exceptional standard, the facilities inside the room were very well maintained and clean too. Very homely feel with afew added extras such as the sauna and huge hot tub bath situated in the bathroom itself. The owners greeted us and were very friendly and polite, and he made us feel very welcome. He took us to the property upon check in and went through all the basics to ensure we knew how to work things. He even went the extra mile and sent us a full list of restaurants and other food outlets which we were very grateful for. The apartment complex itself is very secure with parking available and around the clock cctv/ presence that added the touch of security regarding my partners car parked up in the complex. All in all, absolutely perfect stay to celebrate our 9year anniversary and worth every penny. We can’t wait to come back!

It was amazing from start to finish. We were met outside by the host (whose name is same as mine btw 😁) and shown around. We were personally handed the keys and the room was lovely. It exceeded expectation and made the trip ever so enjoyable. It was a lovely day spent and will be back soon. The room was clean and set up perfectly. It had everything needed and everything was really simple to use. We were met by the host upon leaving which was a really nice touch also. So thank you!

What a lovely apartment!!!

The host, Sadiya, is a highly professional and caring host. She was accessible and has great communication skills. She made me and my friend feel welcome, she has so much local knowledge and knows the area really well. She recommended many food places and told us where everything is (24 hour shops, grocery stores, takeaways etc). She greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, she remained accessible and responsive throughout our stay and was so easy to reach. You can tell a lot of love and affection went into building these apartments as it was so well put together. The interiors were lovely, modern architecture with LED lights around the rooms setting the perfect mood. It was like the mini version of Dubai apartments. Thank you Sadiya for being a super host and a lovely person. ☺️☺️☺️

I have been here once before and just find it so homely. The hot tub is my personal favourite

The only thing I couldn’t work out was if the led strip lights behind the bed turned off or not but I messaged @ 10:30 to ask and of course that was past communication time so my fault there. The lights are too bright for my liking when the room is meant to be dark to sleep. Luckily I did have an eye mask

I loved how much attention to detail there was. The decorations were exactly how I asked for, the room was spotless, and the sauna and jacuzzi were amazing touches. The lighting made it feel really luxurious, and the staff (especially Shaz and Sadiya) went above and beyond to make the stay perfect.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations!
